WKL Series

This is the advanced system of choice for standard applications ranging from under 100 to 2000 cubic feet. WKL Series systems are compact, self-contained units. Our performance speaks for itself. This series is equipped with the Sentry III+ control system.

The Sentry III+ control system offers the following features:

• Large, easy-to-read, cool green display; accurate, easy-to-adjust temperature set points; and a continuous display of cabinet temperature.
• Power outage protection. Blocked airflow protection shuts down the unit and protects wine in case of high temperatures caused by condenser blockage or fan failure.
• Temperature is controlled by enclosure (cellar) air sensors or an optional bottle probe.
• Units are shipped from the factory fully charged and ready for use when mounted in a wall and connected to a 115 AC volt source.

WKL Models:

WKCE Series

The WKCE Series cooling units have a compact design with cold air discharge on the bottom, making them ideal for cabinet installation. Because of their configuration, they are not rated for a specified number of cubic feet. They are intended for cabinets and other constricted enclosures.

The WKCE has a digital electronic (Sentry III+) control system which features:

• Large, easy-to-read, green LED display.
• Accurate, easy to adjust, readable set points with continuous reading of enclosure temperature or displaying of set point when changing enclosure temperatures.
• Power outage protection, which delays unit start-up after power outages.
• Blocked airflow protection shuts down the unit and protects your wine in case of high temperatures caused by condenser blockage.
• Enclosure air sensors or optional bottle probes control temperature.

Units are shipped from the factory fully charged and ready for use when mounted in a wall and connected to 115 AC volt source

WKSL Split Systems Series

When our self-contained series does not meet your needs, the WKSL split design will provide the flexibility needed to create an ideal installation or deal with unusual site problems. The WKSL Series cooling systems are special split systems that allow mounting of the cooling (evaporator) module in the enclosure to be cooled and the exhaust (condenser) module as far as 50 feet away. When installed in a properly constructed enclosure, the systems are designed to provide a constant selectable temperature between 48° and 63° Fahrenheit while maintaining 50 to 75 percent relative humidity.

WKSL Series systems are designed for easy installation by any properly equipped and qualified air conditioning or refrigeration service technician. Two copper tubes and low voltage wiring connect the two modules, and power is hard-wired to the units using adequately sized 110 AC volt electrical sources. These systems must be charged with refrigerant during installation. The WKSL series uses the Sentry III+ digital control system to control the enclosure conditions completely.

Bottle Probe (Optional)

The Breezaire Bottle Probe can be used on WKCE, WKL, WKSL, and WKE models. It controls the wine cellar’s temperature according to the liquid in the bottles. When the bottle probe is plugged into the unit, it replaces the internal air sensor.

The optimal temperature range for wine storage is 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit. Each Breezaire system includes an adjustable thermostat to control the wine cellar conditions precisely. The system produces a gentle stream of cool air, preventing abrupt temperature changes that could affect the wine.

Automatic Humidity Control

Maintaining humidity in the wine cellar is essential to prevent cork and label deterioration. The cooling system regulates humidity between 50 and 75 percent, preventing excess moisture while avoiding dry conditions. Additional moisture may be needed in extremely dry climates.

Vibration Control

All Breezaire systems are designed to minimize vibration by using dampening mounts throughout the cooling system. Each unit is assembled by hand and tested to ensure it meets the highest standards, resulting in wines with enhanced clarity and brilliance.

The popular Breezaire systems are self-contained wall-mounted modules connected to a standard 115 AC source. They require no plumbing, complex wiring, or on-site refrigerant installation.
